Yes. Reply to the same email thread and we will adjust the piece, size or delivery window before anything is reserved for you.

We confirm the stone, wrist size and delivery window in writing, then agree the delivery details with you by email. If the piece you asked about is not available, we suggest the closest alternative from the same element collection.

Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a soft tape, then add 1 cm for comfort. Our bracelets are elastic, so 16 cm fits most wrists; size up if you prefer a looser fit. Mention your measurement in your enquiry and we will confirm the closest size.

Yes. Tell us the energy you want to invite, the stones you are drawn to and your wrist size. We will suggest a combination from the stones currently in the studio and confirm the details before any work begins.

Every piece arrives in a jewellery pouch with a polishing cloth. If it is a gift, add a short note to your enquiry and we will include a handwritten card with the parcel.

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days (up to 10 business days for remote areas). International delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination. Every piece is carefully hand-packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We ship throughout mainland China, as well as to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, and other major international markets. Tell us where you are in your enquiry and we will confirm the shipping cost and delivery window.

Domestic parcels over $100 ship free; below that a $5 flat rate applies. International shipping is quoted by destination and weight in your enquiry email. Every parcel includes tracking.

Within 14 days of delivery, pieces that have not been worn, are undamaged and retain their original packaging may be returned or exchanged. Custom-made items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. All returned items must include the original proof of purchase.

Email us with the piece and the reason, and we will reply with return instructions and the address within one business day. Once the piece reaches the studio and is checked, we confirm the outcome in writing.

Natural crystals are gifts from the earth, and each one is unique. Slight inclusions, ice cracks, mineral formations, and cloud-like structures are natural characteristics that attest to their authenticity. We carefully select every piece to ensure both aesthetic beauty and energetic quality.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading; keep crystals away from chemicals such as perfume and cleaning agents; remove jewelry before exercise or bathing. When not wearing, wrap pieces in a soft cloth and store them in a cool, dry place. Gently wiping with clean water periodically helps maintain their luster.

Use a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist at its slimmest point, then add 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Detailed size charts are available on each product page.
